Skölden är timbrerad med en mitra och överlagd en korsstav och kräkla i andreaskors. valspråk : Gud är större.

Origin/meaning

The arms quarter the arms of the diocese with the personal arms of the bishop.

The personal arms show oak leaves taken from the arms of Herdecke where she was born. The three crosses symbolises Theology, Faith and Divine Service.

The motto translates as "God is greater".
