Administrative division
Argentina is divided into 23 departements, which are further divided into cities and municipalities.
Heraldry
Only very few provinces and municipalities use truly heraldic coats of arms. Most use some kind of emblem or logo (often incorrectly referred to as coats of arms). In several cases these emblems have been added to this site.
