Institutional Heraldry of the World :
Arms : Azure, two wings conjoined in base Or surmounted of an open book proper bound gules edged gold, in chief a rose also gules, irradiated Or, and charged with a rose argent, both roses barbed and seeded proper.
The arms were officially granted on June 20, 1958, regranted September 9, 1966.
