Unter blauem Schildhaupt, darin ein schreitender, rot bezungter und rot bewehrter goldener Löwe, gespalten; vorne die bayerischen Rauten, hinten in Rot zwei schräg gekreuzte, mit den Krümmen zugewendete silberne Abtstäbe.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on February 24, 1974.

The arms combine the arms of Bad-Tölz with the lion of Wolfratshausen.
