Escudo de prata uma cruz florenciada de verde, vazia de campo, ladeada por duas travas de vermelho em pala e acompanhada por uma bandeira quadrada, requífada em faixa de prata e de verde, franjada e realçada de negro, desfraldada, para a sinistra no chefe e com a haste e lança de negro colocada em pala. Coroa mural de quatro torres de prata. Listel branco com a legenda de negro : " BENAVENTE ".
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on June 30, 1972.
