  • (abbot) Quarterly, 1 and 4 Or, two crows sable (Abbey of Einsiedeln) 2 and 3 Or, a Z-shaped mark Sable, charged in the centre with a small X of the same, and placed between two five-pointed stars gules (Gut). The shield, surmounted by an abbot's mitre and resting against a crozier in pale, is placed under an Episcopal Hat vert with 12 tassels (showing that the Abbot exercises episcopal jurisdiction over the surrounding territory). Supporter : St. Benno, the Abbot's Patron, in cope and mitre, holding a staff.
