BERNBACH
State : Baden-Württemberg
District (Kreis) : Calw
Incorporated into: 1975 Bad Herrenalb
German | In Gold auf blauem Schildfuß ein aufgerichteter schwarzer Bär. |
English | blazon wanted |
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on ??-??-1927 without the base, which was added in 1956.
The arms were designed in 1927 by the State Archives and adopted by the municipality, as the local seal only showed the letters BB. The arms are canting, showing a bear (Bern) and a river (Bach).
