Coupé: au 1er parti au I d’argent à la croix de gueules cantonnée de quatre pattes d’oiseau de sable, au II de gueules à la fleur de lis d’argent florencée de sinople, au 2e d’argent à trois chevrons de sable.

Origin/meaning

The arms combine (elements of) the arms of the former rulers of the village. The cross is taken from the arms of the Villers-Bettnach family, the fleur-de-lys from the Saint Vincent Abbey in Metz and the chevrons from the Counts of Hombourg.
