Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on October 25, 1935.

The toweris the tower of the local church in Drabenderhöhe, which dates from medieval times.

The cross of the order of St. John refers to the fact that the church belonged for a long time to the order.

The small shield shows the arms of the Lords von Homburg, to whom the village historically belonged.
