Blason de Boissy-le-Repos/Arms (crest) of Boissy-le-Repos
Official blazon
French Tiercé en pairle renversé: au 1er d'or à la branche de buis de sinople, au 2e de gueules à la biche couchée d'or, au 3e d'azur à trois fasces ondées d’argent et à l'épée basse d'or brochant sur les fasces.
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted in November 2020.

The boxwood branches refer to the first part of the name of the town (buis = boxwood) and the lying doe to the second part (repos = resting).

The sword is the attribute of Saint Martin, the local patron saint, and the waves symbolize the Little Morin river in the municipality.
