    • England

Arms : Vert, three annulets interlaced in pale Or within an orle of eight bezants.
Crest: On a wreath of the colours, A stag's head erased proper charged on the neck with three annulets interlaced, one and two, Or.
Motto: Home, Industry, Leisure

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on July 18, 1951.

The green background of the shield signifies the countryside in the midst of which the town is built. The three interlacing rings symbolise home, industry and leisure. The eight bezants refer to the members of the Corporation. The stag's head indicates that the whole of this area was at one time part of Windsor Forest.
