Un scut despicat. În prima parte, pe fond de azur, macheta unui obelisc având la bază un postament cu trepte și terminat cu o cruce, totul de argint. În centrul obeliscului este plasat un scut de mici dimensiuni, albastru, încărcat cu două săbii plasate cu vârful în sus, de asemenea de argint. Partea din dreapta este tăiată de un brâu undat de argint. În câmpul superior, pe fond de aur, floarea-reginei, naturală. În cartierul inferior, pe câmp roșu, o pânză de ferăstrău, de argint. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint, formată din trei turnuri crenelate.

The arms were officially granted on September 27, 1999.

The monument evokes the honor given by the locals to the heroes who fell in the war for the unification of the nation; the flower reminds of a natural monument found in the area on the highest peaks; the saw blade reveals the wood processing industry, a traditional activity in the city of Brezoi.

The wavy bar is an allusion to the rich waters that bathe the area
