Arms (crest) of Bryndum

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted in 1967.

The arms show three wavy bends as a canting element, the name means 'place near springs'. The black field refers to the moors in the municipality and the linden leaves are taken from the arms of the former Skars hundred.
