Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on February 18, 2015.

The bust of Saint Parascheva refers to the patron saint of the wooden church, built in 1790.

The wavy bar represents the Galbenu and Cernăzoara rivers.

The tree symbolizes the fruit richness of the area.

The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
