Un scut albastru, încărcat cu un ostaș ecvestru, de argint, gonind spre dreapta și purtând geantă, sabie și flintă din același metal. În partea inferioară, o terasă roșie pe care se află un caducel de aur. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint, formată din șapte turnuri crenelate.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on September 30, 1998.
The soldier represents a horseman carrying a relay, part of the postal service encountered in the time of the ruler Constantin Brâncoveanu.
The caduceus evokes the fact that over the years the settlement has been a commercial center.
