Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite. În câmp albastru se află un personaj feminin, purtând o rochie lungă, argintie, încoronat cu o diademă de aur și nimbat, ținând în mâna dreaptă o ramură verde de palmier. Personajul feminin este însoțit în dreapta de o bucată dintr-o roată cu țepușe, de aur, și se sprijină cu mâna stângă pe o spadă argintie, cu mânerul și garda de aur. Personajul este flancat, în dreapta, de un soare, de aur, iar în stânga, de o semilună figurată, de argint. Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
