Quar­terly azure and gules, on a cross argent between in the first and fourth quarters three fieurs-de-lis, two and one, and in the second and third quarters as many lions passant guardant in pale, all Or, an open book as in the Arms of the University of Oxford, the book ensigned of the Royal Crown proper.
