Official blazon

Gules a cross Or, a Cross-Crosslet argent in quarters one and four, an escallop shell of the same in quarters two and three; an ineschutcheon azure with saltire argent in honor point.

Origin/meaning

The Crosses-crosslet is from the Diocesean Arms, the Escallops alludes to the Patron St James the Greater. The Shield with the Saltire symbolizes the founding of the Brotherhood of St Andrew at the Cathedral in 1883. Literature:
