Arms : Azure, a sun issuant in chief Or two bezants each charged with a bee volant proper in fesse, and a garb of the second in base; on a chief ermine a pair of scales gold.
Crest: On a wreath of the colours, In front of a pair of compasses extended Or an open book proper, edged gold.
Supporters: On either side a lion Or gorged with a collar vairy gules and argent, pendent therefrom an escutcheon also gules, that on the dexter charged with two tally sticks in saltire gold and that on the sinister with an hour glass proper garnished also gold, each resting the interior hind paw on a cog-wheel argent.
Motto: Profitas accuratio justitia

The arms were officially granted on October 5, 1932 to the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants; supporters granted on January 16, 1952.
