Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, împărțit în furcă răsturnată. În partea dreaptă superioară, pe fond roșu, se află o acvilă bicefală de argint. În stângă superioară, pe fond albastru (azur), se află o mătură de aur, cu coadă lungă, așezată în pal. În partea inferioară, pe fond de argint, vârful scutului ondulat albastru (azur) este încărcat cu un nufăr natural. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on August 27, 2019.
The double-headed eagle is a component element of the Cantacuzino family coat of arms, which built a mansion in the area.
The broom means the occupation of the inhabitants, the craft of making straw brooms with long and short tails.
The water lily and the tip of the wavy shield refer to the endangered white water lilies on the Colentina river that crosses the locality.
The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
