Écartelé: au 1er de gueules à la croix d'argent, au 2e d'azur à la montagne cousue de sinople sur laquelle est posé un sapin de sinople brochant, au 3e d'azur à la montagne cousue de sinople, au clocher du lieu d'argent, ajouré de sable et essoré de tenné, mouvant de la pointe et brochant, au 4e palé d'or et de gueules; sur le tout, cinq points d'or équipollés à quatre points d'azur.
Origin/meaning
The first quarter shows the cross of Savoy, the second and third refer to the Voirons mountains and the local church, the fourth shows the arms of the Lords of Faucigny. The inescutcheon shows the arms of the Genevois region.
