Parti: au 1er de gueules à trois losanges d'argent posées et rangées en bande et au chef d'argent à deux barres de sable, au 2e d'argent à la roue de moulin de sable soutenue d'une tierce ondée du même et au chef de gueules à la croix d'argent.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted on January 28, 1972.

The lower half shows three diamonds taken from the arms of the De Cran family and a water mill wheel for the (former) mills in the Thiou river. The chief shows the bends of the arms of the Joly family and the cross of Savoy.
