These cards were issued by the art-printers Fritz Bensen, who also published many other postcards. The cards were printed by Chr. J. Cato in Copenhagen, a famous printer who also printed the Danish banknotes for some time.
The exact amount of cards is not known, but based on the fact that the images are identical to the cigarette cards issued by Lambert & Butler, I presume there are 83 cards.
