Official blazon

V černém poli na zeleném trávníku průčelí stříbrného dvouvěžového kostela se zelenými střechami opatřenými zlatými křížky. Mezi věžemi zlatá lilie.


Origin/meaning

The arms are based on the arms of the archibishop of Olomouc ThDr. et PhDr. Josef Karel Matocha 1948 - 1961 who was born in Pitín, a town in the territory of the decanate. The only difference is that the gold sun above the church is replaced with a fleur-de-lis as a representation of the decanate church dedicated to Virgin Mary.
