Official blazon

Arms: Quarterly argent and azure, on a bend of the last between in the second quarter an open book also argent edged and bound Or and in the third quarter a cogwheel also Or, three stags' heads caboshed gold.
Crest: Out of a coronet composed of four roses gules barbed and seeded proper set upon a rim Or, a demi stag gold gorged with a torse argent and azure and supporting a torch erect also gold enflamed proper.
Motto: Industria, Con­stantia, Sapientia.
