Gespalten von Rot und Silber mit einem gesenkten, von Silber und Blau gespaltenen Wellenbalken; vorne ein halbes goldenes, mit acht silbernen Messern besetztes Rad am Spalt, hinten an einem Stiel mit zwei Blättern eine rote heraldische Rose mit goldenen Butzen.
