Azure , on a fess wavy argent a staff raguly fesswise vert; per chief a cross patonce or between a badger passant (dexter) and a fish natant (sinister) both of the second; per base,a fountain charged with a rose gules barbed and seeded proper.

Origin/meaning

The Badges is from the Arms of the Diocese of Milwaukee and the fish from the Arms of the Diocese of Fond du Lac, from which the Diocese of Eau Claire was formed. the Raguly Staff symbolizes the Lumbering Industry, The Tudor Rose symbolizes the Anglican Heritage.
