Origin/meaning

The first Quarter represents the generous lodging that the Residence offers to the personnel it welcomes. The second Quarter alludes to the City where it is located and the third Quarter is a historical reference to its name, personalized in Daoiz and Velarde, heroes of the deed of the second of May in the War of Independence. The Coat of Arms was approved on 2 december 2014.
