Ecartelé aux 1 et 4 d'argent a cinq fasces d'azur, au lion de gueules, armé, lampassé et couronné d'or brochant sur le tout qui est Luxembourg-Houffalize; aux 2 et 3 d'argent à deux pals de gueules qui est d'Orley et sur le tout, gironné d'argent et de sable de dix pièces chaque giron de sable chargé de trois croix recroisettées au pied fiché d'or, les pieds dirigés vers le coeur de l'écu, qui est d'Enghien.
