Background
This album is most likely issued in Mexico, before 1945 based on the arms of for example Czechoslovakia. The album shows the arms and flags of different countries in the world, and at the end the arms of some Spanish Kings and all the States of Mexico. There is no reference to any author, publisher, date or company. The arms are of rather poor quality and many are wrongly displayed.
