In Rot über einem silbernen Herzen mit zwei aufsitzenden, einander zugewandten goldenen Vögeln mit blauen Schnäbeln und Füßen ein goldener sechsstrahliger Stern, darüber eine silberne fünfzackige, mit blauen und roten Steinen belegte Krone.
