Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on July 12, 1937.

The arms were devised in 1935, as no historical arms or seals were known. The arms show a green field, which is canting for the last part of the name, Au meaning field. The chief shows the deer antler from the arms of Württemberg. The pale has no meaning.
