Escudo de prata, com uma torre torreada de negro, aberta e iluminada do campo, entre a cruz da Ordem de Santiago de vermelho, carregado por uma vieira de ouro sobre o cruzamento e por um ferreiro de carnação com avental de negro, sustendo nas mãos um martelo e uma tenaz também de negro. Em chefe quatro espigas de trigo de ouro folhadas de verde, em pala. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco com os dizeres : " VILA DE FERREIRA DO ALENTEJO ", de negro.
