Official blason

D’or à l’aigle de gueules, becquée et membrée de sable, au lambel de quatre pendants d’azur, brochant en chef sur le tout.

Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted at the end of the 19th century and are those of the De Fontoy family, part of the nobility of Luxembourg. The last member died in the Battle of Crécy in 1346.
