In gespaltenem Schild vorne in Gold ein blaues Schwert, hinten in Blau ein goldener Abtsstab.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted in 1922.

The sword is a symbol for the different noble families that have ruled the village in history. The crosier symbolyses the different abbeys that had possessions in the municipality, especially the Lorch Abbey.
