Escudo de negro, duas chaves, uma de ouro e outra de prata, passadas em aspa atadas do primeiro e com os palhetões para o chefe, um ferro de enxada de prata e uma roda dentada do mesmo, tudo alinhado em roquete. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ GOMINHÃES - GUIMARÃES “.
