Un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat în furcă răsturnată. În partea superioară, în câmp roșu, se află un dragon de argint, cu cap de lup spre dreapta, cu gura deschisă, care se continuă cu un corp de șarpe (stindardul dacic). În partea dreaptă, în câmp de aur, se află un brad natural (de culoare verde). În partea stângă, în câmp albastru, pe o terasă de argint vălurită cu negru, se află un cocor, văzut din profil spre dreapta, ținând în gheara dreaptă o sabie cu vârful în sus totul de argint, ieșind dintr-o coroană cu fleuroane de aur. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

The arms were officially granted on June 21, 2018.

The Dacian flag represents the symbol of eternal life and wisdom in our Dacian ancestors, it is justified due to the multimillennial history of this locality, proven by archaeological discoveries.

The tree symbolizes the forest richness of the area. The bird represents the element taken from the coat of arms of the Romanian noble family Bechiș, ennobled on January 3, 1583, by the emperor Rudolf II and reconfirmed with noble titles. It signifies the continuity today of the Bechiș noble families on the territory of the commune. In popular terms, the inhabitants of Groșii Țibleșului commune are nicknamed crows.

The mural crown with a crenellated tower means that the locality has the rank of commune.
