Region : Päijät-Häme
Former province : Häme
Incorporated into : 2016 Hollola
Official blazon
Punaisessa kilvessä kaksi hopeapalkkia, joissa kummassakin kaksi mustaa kaateista polviortta; palkkien välissä kolme hopeista palkeittaista api lanlehteä.
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on April 1, 1952.
The two bends symbolise the use of dams to produce hydro-electric power in the local waterfalls (koski=waterfall). The trefoils symbolise the agricultural character of the municipality.
