English Per fess blue and barry of three white and blue three torches one in pale and two in saltire gold inflamed proper cahrged with a hurt theron a mullet white.

Origin/meaning

There are two Towns in the UK and two in the USA. A punon the Name. The Star alludes to the Ex US Navy Lend/Lease Destroyer. The Badge was approved in 1941.
