Origin/meaning
The Anicent Name for Scotland North of the Forth/Clyde Line, hence the Scottish Symbols in the Badge. The Name used by the Artificer's Training Ship at Rosyth. The Establishment finally paid off in 1985. In 1995 HMS Caledonia was re-cpmmissoned as a Shore Base ("Stone Frigate"), in a support role for Rosyth Dockyard. The Badge was approved in 1937,
