HMS GARLAND, ROYAL NAVY
History: A ship name dating from 1242, and one of the oldest in the Royal Navy.
English | White; a laurel wreath green with berries gold. Motto: Qui meruit ferat |
Origin/meaning
The Wreath is a pun on the Name. The Motto translates as "Let him bear it who deserves it". The Badge was approved in 1934.
