English Blue; within a wreath of laurel gold a plate thereon a saltire couped raguly red deruised by a lion statnat guardant the tail extended gold.

Origin/meaning

The Gross Raguly allude to the Spanish Armada 1588. The Lion is from the Crest of Lord Howard's Arms, He played a great role in defeating the Armada. The Badge was approved on 31 August 1945.
