Chefe de prata carregado com banco de pinchar de azul com três pendentes, cada um sobrecarregado com três flores-de-lis de ouro alinhadas em pala. Coronel naval de ouro forrado de vermelho. Sotoposto listel ondulado de prata com a legenda em letras negras maiúsculas, tipo elzevir, «CAPITANIA DO PORTO DE LAGOS».
