Escudo de vermelho com uma torre de prata, aberta e iluminada de azul sobre rochedos de negro realçados de prata, assente em ponta de quatro faixetas ondadas de azul e prata, ladeada por duas âncoras romanas de prata. Coronel naval de ouro forrado de vermelho. Sotoposto listel ondulado de prata com a legenda em letras negras maiúsculas, tipo elzevir, «CAPITANIA DO PORTO DE PORTIMÃO».
