Shield: Per pale argent and gules a garb charged with a bee volant all counterchanged.
Crest: On a wreath of the colours a Lion segeant affronte per pale argent and gules armed and langed azure wearing on his head a coronet of a ringlet of gold raised with 4 garbs and 4 bees interspaced.
Motto: יהוה יראה (Translation: The Lord Will Provide)
Heraldic Badge: On banderolles depending from the helm azure a Sheasby knot or (Knot devised by the designer)

Origin/meaning

The design is based on a pun of the Sheasby name – Sheaf (garb) and Bee. The lion was chosen and posed in an unusual orientation because the armiger especially liked the strength of the lion. The sheaf and bee are reflected in the coronet of the lion.
