Origin/meaning
The Fortress symbolises technical work in the terrain, the later symbolised by the waves. The Cross of Burgundy indicates the General Reserve of which the Command forms part. The Purpure is the colour of the Engineers of the Spanish Army. THe Bordure is a difference for the Headquarters. The Coat of Arms was approved 10 December 2009.
