Selected collector's items from Germany:

HEILIGENHAUS

State : Nordrhein-Westfalen
District (Kreis) : Mettmann

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on November 27, 1937.

The arms show a smithy. Heiligenhaus belonged until 1897 to Velbert and has thus never had own seals or arms. The city has large iron industries, which are symbolised by the smithy. The small chevron resembles a roof and is a canting element (Haus=house)
