In Silber ein blauer Einberg, darauf innerhalb einer mittig offenen Umfassungsmauer ein dreibogiger blauer Rundturm mit umlaufender Dachbalustrade und zentralem flachkegelbedachtem Aufsatz mit pfeilförmiger silber-schwarzer Windfahne.

Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted in 1929 and show the small chapel on the Hutberg.

Previously the town used arms designed in the 18th century when the village was founded by Waldenser refugees (also known as Herrnhütter). The old seal of the Waldenser movement showed the anvil and hammer.
