HOF BEI STRADEN

State : Steiermark
District : Südoststeiermark (until 2015 Bad Radkersburg)

Wappen von Hof bei Straden

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on August 8, 1971.

The corn-cob stands for maize, the most important local crop. The ceramics in chief are home-made jugs ("Plutzer"), in which the population used to carry off the waters of the healing spring at Sulz, the Johannisquelle.
