On a mount charged with a thistle Vert, a lion sejant affrontée Gules, supporting in each paw a flagstaff Proper, therefrom flying a pennon Gules.

Origin/meaning

The Lion alludes to the Lord Lyon and the Pennons to Vexillology. The Badge was granted 22 June 2020.
